Let me take you back to 2018, my starting line. It all began kinda unexpectedly, turning running into my regular thing. I still remember my first 10k, running alongside a buddy who'd already tackled marathons. There I was, pumped and ready to just run, but boy, did my body have other plans!

  2. Consistency is Key: It's not about clocking up miles; it's about sticking to it. Regular runs, even short ones, make a huge difference. Think of it as a life lesson from the track – keep at it, and you'll go far (pun intended!).

  3. The Forrest Gump Approach: Sometimes, it's not about the numbers or the goals. Remember Forrest Gump? Just running because he felt like running. That's the spirit! Running should be simple and fun. You don't need fancy gear to start, and the basics? They're easy – right breathing, good form, and you're set.
